Asbestosis symptoms
Asbestosis, which is a type of lung disease, occurs after inhalation of asbestos.[1] It manifests with several symptoms that are common to many other conditions, making it difficult to diagnose. Furthermore, symptoms can take 20 years or more to manifest which also hinders diagnosis.

[edit] Common asbestosis symptoms
- Chest pain
- Cough
- Shortness of breath with exertion (slowly gets worse over time)
- Tightness in the chest
- Clubbing of fingers
- Nail abnormalities
